The application stage for the Inspiring Practices: Housing at the Center of the New Urban Agenda contest closed last Friday, February 23, and now it’s the jury’s turn to start the selection process. 

To help us in this stage, we are honored to be joined by: 

  • Enrique Silva: Fellow and the Associate Director for the Program on Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. 
  • Néstor Vega: Superintendent of Territorial Planning of Ecuador 
  • Karla Cristina França: Head of the Technical Housing and Territorial Planning Area  
  • Beatriz Uribe Botero: Lead Specialist of the Urban Development and Housing Division, Inter-American Development Bank 
  • Marian Pérez: Vice-minister of Housing and Settlements (MIVAH), Costa Rica 
  • Sylvia Luchini: Managing Director for the International Real Property Foundation, Chicago, Illinois • Sirly Edelis Castro: Director of Urban Development, National Planning Department, Colombia 
  • Paulina Sabal: Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Chile 
  • Sebastián Fernández Cortina: Business Sector Director of INFONAVIT (Institute of the National Fund for Workers' Housing).
